How to order

Making a purchase from netTrainz' website is easy. Just use the icons on the left and top of each page to navigate your way around the site. Some of the categories are divided into sub-categories and sub-sub-categories. Click on the categories of interest to you and a reference number, manufacturers number, price, description and small photograph of each item in that category will appear. If you would like to see a larger picture, simply click on the image.
When you have made your choice, please notify netTrainz through the contact page. Here you can fill out an order/information form.
I will contact you with final costs for shipment to the address you specify, which include all shipping, surcharges and conversion fees (where relevant).

Policies on payment

Payment is accepted by registered cash, Paypal, international money order or personal bank check in Euro’s or U.S dollars. From European buyers I gladly accept bank transfers in Euro’s. Not all MO's can be negotiated overseas. Please check with your bank before you get one.
I prefer Paypal, registered cash payments and bank transfers (European buyers). All other forms of payment need clearance (up to four weeks) before the parcel is shipped. Buyers are responsible for all bank and conversion fees.
