good reputation for fair and honest treatment
of my customers and I do try
to describe and depict items
and there condition accurately. But grading the item is still subject to personal
bias and, therefore, can't be more than
an indication of the condition, considering
age. A general assessment of condition
is given in terms of excellent, very good
and good.

is anything not totally satisfactory,
please contact me. I'm sure we'll come
to an agreement.

Should any purchaser wish to return any
items purchased for whatever reason, I
will be happy to offer a refund provided
that - after first making an arrangement with netTrainz - the item is returned within
14 days of delivery, in the same condition
as sold. In case of a refund,
the buyer is responsible for all additional
costs, including postage, taxes, surcharges
and conversion fees.
